CAMPAIGN
Ameritania Sign Campaign
The Association is leading a documented enforcement campaign against the illegal LED advertising sign at 230 West 54th Street, where the operator went thirteen months without the registration the law requires and the Blackstone entity that has owned the sign rights since 2023 has never registered at all. Two published investigations and a full public document archive are available on the campaign page.
