Milestones and accomplishments by the W50s Neighborhood Association

  • New Benches Installed in DeWitt Clinton Park

    Thanks to our community fundraising campaign and coordination with NYC Parks, 12 new benches have been installed throughout DeWitt Clinton Park. This project was driven by resident feedback requesting more seating for seniors and families.

  • Successfully Blocked Oversized Signage on 8th Avenue

    After months of advocacy and community testimony, the W50s Neighborhood Association successfully opposed a zoning variance that would have allowed oversized digital signage at a prominent corner on 8th Avenue. This was a major win for the character of our neighborhood.
